- 1. Equipment Introduction
CPU Hydrogen Power Technology（Suzhou）Co. ,Ltd. has formed three series of alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production system product matrices, and can provide customized solutions for hydrogen production, layout, appearance, and other aspects for users in different fields.
The 200 square meter containerized hydrogen production system is a standard product in the C-series products of CPU. It is independently developed, designed, and produced by the company. It is the first domestic megawatt level modular hydrogen production system integrated with a universal 40ft container.

The system covers an area of about 30 ㎡ and is centrally arranged with 2 electrolytic cells, 1 set of post-treatment framework, 1 set of control system, 1 set of purification system, etc., with a compact overall structure; At the same time, in terms of material usage and structural design, it complies with CPU's strict quality and safety control standards.
The core component "electrolytic cell" adopts a non-metallic electrode frame, with a design pressure of 1.0MPa; Using a new generation of diaphragm, high efficiency conversion rate, and system power consumption ≤ 55KW · h/kg; The hydrogen production is 200 standard cubic meters per hour (approximately 420kg/day), with a purity of up to 99.999%, which can meet the needs of fuel cells.
CPU mainly uses alkaline water electrolysis technology for hydrogen production, inheriting traditional electrolytic cell design while innovating. Through new structural design, research and development of new membranes and electrode catalysts, it continuously improves system performance and provides customers with stable, reliable, energy-saving, and efficient hydrogen production solutions.
