Voltvista

2000 Nm3/h for example

Advantages: The Voltvista Hydrogen System is well suited to the production of hydrogen on a large scale. The VoltVista's rectangular electrolyzers employ a 'plug-in' cell design, which significantly enhances the system's flexibility and scalability. Two rectangular electrolyzer modules can produce 2000 Nm3 of hydrogen per hour, which can be readily expanded to 3,000 standard cubic meters through the implementation of an upgrade, thereby allowing for substantial flexibility in accommodating future capacity adjustments. The VoltVista hydrogen system is worthy of note for its exceptional performance at low loads. Even at very low loads, as low as 15%, the system is capable of maintaining long-term, stable operation. This feature renders the VoltVista hydrogen system straightforward to utilise in a multitude of intricate and evolving operational contexts, exhibiting robust adaptability and dependability. To further optimise the user experience, the VoltVista hydrogen system is equipped with a motorised slide. This renders on-site installation and maintenance work unparalleled in convenience and efficiency. In terms of performance, the VoltVista hydrogen system is even more impressive. In standard operating conditions (i.e. current density of 5000 A/m2), the system exhibits a DC energy consumption of only 45.9 kWh/kg H2, a figure that is considerably below the industry average. This evidence serves to illustrate the superiority of the VoltVista system in terms of energy efficiency. The reduction in energy consumption not only results in lower operating costs but also represents a smaller environmental impact, which is an important indicator of green and sustainable development.
