CPU Hydrogen Power Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is among the earliest companies in China to provide large-scale alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment. The company employs nearly 100 individuals, with over 70% engaged in research and development (R&D), over 50% of whom hold PhDs and master's degrees, and four individuals with advanced degrees in the field.
The company has established long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships with numerous domestic and foreign enterprises, including more than 20 leading companies in the industry. It has also been selected as a member of various prestigious organizations, including the China Hydrogen Energy Alliance, Carbon Neutral Green Brand Co-construction Unit, China Energy Conservation Association, SNEC Hydrogen Energy Industry Alliance, and the Association of Energy Storage Industry.

The Enterprise Science Association was established in November 2023 and currently has 70 members. It was formed by voluntary action of the company's science and technology workers, who sought to establish a bridge between themselves and the company's management. The Association's purpose is to promote the company's scientific and technological progress and technological innovation, and to act as a conduit for communication between the two parties. The establishment of the Association has stimulated the scientific research enthusiasm of science and technology workers. In less than three years of research and development, Suzhou Hibernate Hydrogen Energy has innovated five generations of electrolyzer structures, resolved the industry's "neck" problems, including those related to electrode catalyst and diaphragm materials, and significantly enhanced the efficiency of the electrolyzer.
The establishment of Enterprise Science and Technology Association (ESTA) improves the scientific and technological literacy of all employees and establishes scientific and technological links between the enterprise and all sectors of the society. Since the establishment of the Association, CPU Hydrogen has participated in more than ten industry-related academic conferences and technical forums to communicate with international high-level scholars and experts.
