On September 17, 2025, at the Yangjiang CPU Base within the Green Energy Demonstration Industrial Park in Yangdong District, Yangjiang, Guangdong Province, a vibrant atmosphere filled the venue as the “Yangjiang CPU Hydrogen First Containerized Hydrogen Production System Rollout Ceremony” was successfully held. Attendees included Liu Dewei, Vice Mayor of Yangjiang City; Li Kun, Secretary of the Yangdong District Party Committee; and leaders from relevant departments such as the Yangjiang Municipal Development and Reform Bureau and the Industry and Information Technology Bureau. He noted that since its inception, CPU has consistently focused on R&D for electrolytic hydrogen production equipment. The launch of Yangjiang CPU's first containerized hydrogen production system marks a significant milestone in the implementation of the company's “1+2” production base matrix. As a pivotal point in the company's industrial layout, the CPU Hydrogen Base aims to pioneer new application scenarios integrating offshore wind power with hydrogen energy, serving as a hub for the South China hydrogen market. He noted that today's successful product launch marks two milestone achievements: the debut of Yangjiang's first containerized CPU Hydrogen production equipment and the city's first seawater-based CPU Hydrogen production system. He emphasized: Moving forward, CPU will use this equipment launch as a new starting point to steadily advance three major industrial initiatives: “strengthening the base's ‘hard infrastructure,’ refining the product ‘matrix network,’ and establishing a seamless industrial ‘closed-loop chain.’” With action as our brush and technology as our ink, we will collaborate with partners across sectors to jointly paint a beautiful blueprint for coordinated development, contributing CPU's strength toward achieving both local and national carbon neutrality goals!
